I have one of these as well - I have RSI, which is caused by and means lots
of back pain.

It is a useful thing - I use it to make normal chairs "safe" so they don't
hurt my back, and also to allow me to sit on grass etc. without hurting my
back or hands.

There is no substitute for a decent chair though - but given that's about
$1,000 and a Nada chair is a small fraction of that..... :-)
