Dear Naomi: The best success with dementia in PD patients has been with clozaril (a non traditional antipsychotic). There are also two newer drugs which might also be effective; Risperdol & Zyprexa. However not much is known about these newer drugs in PWP yet. Jerry Starr RPh.
