Baldwin & Dave:  My rule of thumb for taking Sinamet in relation to a
high protein meal is 1 hr before or 2 hrs after. It is still best
however to eat a low protein meal.   DAVE: I would suggest going off the
Sinamet to see if the condition worstens. If not there is no reason for
taking it because it only relieves symptoms.         Jerry Starr,  RPh.
