Brian, I am curious about Eldepryl. My neuro said that it would not effect any of my symptoms, yet I read here about people who say it does. On the other hand, my neuro said IF I have PD, then the sinemet will effect my symptoms. I started both together, and my symptoms were certainly effected. My tremor can be held in check by the sinemet when needed. However, if I take eldepryl alone, there is no effect on tremor, dystonia, or anything else. He told me to take the eldepryl because it would slow down the progression of the condition.
