    Dear Listfriends,

Everything is changing~~~ First, I am taking only 900 mg. of levodopa
per day, down from 1300, by having added .125 mg. x 5 = .625mg.
Mirapex/day.

Sinemet 25/100, my companion of 9 years, is about to be sent packing,
and replaced with Sinemet 10/100, following the advice of my new, and
very attentive neurologist, as of TOMORROW!

I don't know what to look for when I switch pills, as faras how you
feel on Sinemet 10/100. Is there a substantial difference? Or not?

   1. Does anybody have experience with this switch from 25/100 to
10/100, and also,

   2. Does anybody out there know what the possible DANGER, IF ANY, there
is in having the higher level of carbidopa in your system?

Thanks as always,

Ivan Suzman
