Ivan, My husband switched from 25/100 sinemet to 10/100 sinemet last year. He started by substituting one 10/100 for several days and gradually worked up to all 10/100 over a period of about one month. The 25/100 was overmedicating him with carbidopa. With less carbidopa he had less confusion and hallucinations. He said that he was getting more effect from his sinemet. He took the same amount of sinemet, but with new 10/100 he was getting less carbidopa. Judy Winkelmann
