I have a pet theory that permax (maybe also other agonists) are harder on those of with flight rather than fight instincts. That is, it stops dyskinesia but in high stress creates "PD lock-up." But if my heart/coping mechanisms cry "flight" and my PD/medicines freeze my body. . . couldn't that create a psychological conflict? i.e. psychopathology? Just a thought. I have no info on PD and the sympathetic nervous system -- any references?
