Hi Pepperdol, When i started Pergolide I suddenly was short of breath climbing stairs. I also took domperidone. Since stopping the domperidone, the breathlessness has continued (6 months) but seems a little better now. I feel I also catch my breath and sometimes feel short of breath whilst sitting. I can still walk distances without problem, and the symptom feels like "forgetting to breath" because I can overcome some of the problem by making myself breath more when I climb the stairs. It was so coincidental with starting the Pergolide, I feel it is the drug. Hope this is some help.
