Hi I have the problem with drowsiness in the afternoon and evening for about two years. (fall asleep mid sentence........don't drive during these time periods anymore.) 1. I just started Mirapex two days ago....... 2. I was on cabergoline clinical trial for four years.....it ended for me on Wed of last week.......another D-2 agonist, similar to mirapex. 3. I am hypothyroid and have been medicated for such for the past three years 4. Other drugs: eldepryl, sinemet 10/100's and CR, aldactazide, premarin Alan Bonander was told that we are often so sleep deprived that when the Sinemet kicks in and relaxation overwhelms our body that we fall into the sleep mode almost instantly.
