What has been somewhat effective for me is a brisk 20-30 minute walk at lunch time. I also wear a 2 1/2 pound leg weight on my wrist which helps if I'm having problems with dystonia in my right arm.

I also went cold turkey for a day without meds and felt more alert. Now is the drowsiness a side effect of lack of sleep or the medication itself? Can it be improved by reducing meds and living with symptoms? When I figure out this formula, I'll sell it to everyone on the list for $100 and retire.
