As a lurker may I offer the following: Latest edition of PC Computing magazine compared search engines. Tops came out HotBot (www.hotbotcom ) second was infoseek ( www.infoseek.com ). One of the points made was ease of use. Lycos and Alta Vista are sometimes difficult to get what you want without a lot of extraneous inappropriate stuff.
