Gordon, I don't know if the lady is looking for a PD specialist in Mt. Shasta or Las Vegas, but if it's Las Vegas - she's in luck. Dr. Abraham Lieberman (clinical director of the National Parkinson Foundation) now travels to Las Vegas to see patients twice a month. He is available for consultations and is (I believe) maintaining a case load there. Perspective patients can contact the NPF Coordinator in Las Vegas for appts - Carol Upton (702) 656-4082. Regarding Dr. Kurth, it is my understanding that he is leaving his practice in Phoenix and will be headquartered in the San Diego, California area. He will continue seeing patients twice a month here in Los Angeles and in Oxnard (CA) - but is transitioning out of Phoenix.
