I thought I had saved them , but now I can't find the instructions. Would one of you Gurus please post them again. It might be nive to post them on the list, I'd bet there are some newcomers who or not even aware that there is a chat channel and they might be interested in joining in. My insomnia seems to come and go in six month 'ons' and 'offs'.
