I wonder if you could contact your Consulate in Washington and ask if there is a diplomatic exchange of health information and sharing of medical news, research and development between our countries? And, while we are talking about this WORLDWIDE issue, I wonder if there is an "arm" of the UN that deals with diseases other than epidemics?
