Mirapex Questions --- I began to notice some improvements after initiating Mirapex after 2-3 weeks at a dose of 0.375 mg, 3x a day. Hang in there! I can't detect any adverse side effects at this time. On Friday, I increase my dose to 0.5, 3x a day. My instructions are to go on "hold" at that dose rate for a while.
