Jacob - >From my doctor's letter he sent to patients starting Mirapex: "It may take 4 - l2 weeks to reach an adequate dosage of Mirapex and the improvement will be gradual, not dramatic." I am in my second week, the first week I felt terrible (weakness, flu-like symtoms) but yesterday I felt good and today I feel good. I am going to give it that good old college try. Good luck. Edie
