Janet, I too am grateful for the article on the most up to date PD drugs. My husband Darrell has an appointment with Dr. Stanley Burns, Cleveland Clinic, in September and is excited to discuss new meds in an effort to still the almost constant left hand and arm tremor. Doing some advanced reading will help his knowledge and he will know more of what to ask about. He presently takes Sinemet 4x daily and very often, nothing helps. Maybe time for a change and all that I've read here about Mirapex sounds very encouraging. I've printed many dosage recommendations for Darrell to take with him.
