Hi Mary - Unfortunately this could be dementia/aging. Some folks on the list have reported improvement with the new Alzheimer's drug aricept, others have not been able to tolerate it. Or it could be something else entirely. What does the neurologist think??? Mary cg for Mom 76/6ish Mom hasn't tried aricept, but has benefited from ECT treatments
