Kathie, Of course I'm no doctor, but it seems that he has probably cut back too drastically on the sinemet. I've been taking mirapex for three years, and still take 10 CR's a day. I don't know how many I'd need without it. talk to the doctor about this; there's no need for him to be so uncomfortable. Good luck.
