Hi, I have come across a reference which gives information on the effective time of Pergolide. I do not have the original mail that referred to this subject, but I hope the information helps. The paper states: Timing of motor benefit - Pergolide 4 - 6 hours stimulates D1 and D2 Bromocriptine 3 - 5 hours stimulates D2 weak D1 Lisuride 2 -4 hours stimulates mainly D2 Like Brian Collins (if I remember correctly), I thought Pergolide was long lasting, and myself have taken a dose at bedtime. Now I'm going to try 0700 - 1200 - 1700hrs. Regards David (49/2)
