The Senate voted upon the McCain Wellstone Udall Amendment at 7PM tonight, Wednesday. 95 yeas 3 nays Jefferds (R-VT), Enzi(R-WY), Ashcroft (R-MO) The Udall bill is now an amendment to the Senate Health and Human Services Appropriations bill S. 1061.
