Henry, my dad has improved hearing in the last few years, possibly due to diminished sight, or is that a myth? Have you tried a hearing specialist? I wonder if the cholesteral lowering drug causes the blood pressure to drop, which causes weakness? I am not a doctor, but I watch them on TV.......Ken B
