Anyone with access to CSPAN on Thursday morning ,, Sept 4, can watch the debate on the Coates Amendment re: fetal tissue and PD research until 12:00 noon at which time vote is called for in the Senate. Sen Coates from Indiana announced his father and grandfather had had PD and he was still supporting Coates amendment. Harkin (Iowa) is offering comments as I watch.
