I'm thrilled to hear that your dad has had the injections, and can't wait to
find out the results...tho I'm pretty darn confident he'll be speaking
"normally" within a day or two, and VERY normally, i.e., without even thinking
about the volume and wondering if anyone can hear 'em, in a coupla more days.
FYI.... I've just been OK'd be Kaiser to have their ENT go ahead and do the
collagen injections on me, instead of being forced to go to UCLA Med. Center
for 'em as I had to do the first time.... BIG monetary savings for me!!
Eager to hear that "holler of joy" from your dad...

Dad had the injection done today. Haven't heard from him yet, and
won't be
able to get in touch with him until Saturday (they're flying to San Francisco
from LA and then immediately leaving for my sister's home near Yosemite).
I'll let you know how it goes--if you should here a distant holler of joy
sometime before that, it's me (Dad's a pretty quiet guy anyway, so will
probably celebrate in the same quiet manner!) and it's good news! LOL Trish
