I believe splitting the list is a very good idea. Traffic is so high here that I can hardly take care of my other e mails. Or at least we can generate a especial code on the subject line to notify readers if it is about PD medication, or PD news, or experiencing new medications and so on... Now I get all different subjects together, they are all very fantastic to read but time is very short.
