If you have a local speech pathologist that you can get your physician to
refer you to that knows how to do the Lee Silverman technique this is the
way to go to learn more about voice therapy.  It is a very intense program
and requires great motivation from the patient in order for it to work.
However, I have seen it work in many people with Parkinson Disease.  The
main goal of the program is to increase volume, intelligibility and
respiratory drive.  Hope this helps.
