Tom - I, too, am taking Mirapex. I have had exactly the same response that you have. I was able to come completely off Sinemet for about 3 days!! This did not last, though. I am back on Sinemet BUT I have reduced the dosage by 50 - 75% . I share all of the other positive reactions/improvements that you related. Good luck! Terrie Whitling 42/15
