Ida Kamphuis.

Dear Ida, =

I believe I can answer at least one of your questions. I believe the
reason so many of us are better in the am, at least temporarily, is that
while we sleep we build up "unused" endogenous dopamine. I believe there=

is a relationship between the amount of activity we have and the rate of
dopamine consumption. Complete bed rest is the most conserving. So in=

the morning our reserves are the highest.

Also, I know of no one who has had PD for a substantial period of time wh=
o
has not increased his dose of L-Dopa.

Regards,

Tom
