Shannon-- yes, hallucinations and bad dreams are/can be the result of Sinemet. In Peter's case, we halved the 10PM and 1AM Sinemet doses, and the problem went away--you didn't dsay what dose he/she is on, but it might be worth asking his doctor about something of the sort.
