PARLODEL/SINEMET/ELAVIL vs. MIRAPEX/SINEMET/ELAVIL I am one of those who is having more severe problems since changing agonists--from Parlodel to Mirapex. One significant way is at nite & upon arising. I've gone from being mobile & usually getting a good nite's sleep to rigid requiring assistance & sleeping less well.
