Adrenaline is NOT acetylcholine, but is another name for epinephrine and is
classified as a sympathomimetic drug related to neosynephrine which is used
as a decongestant.
Adrenaline is used as a local vasoconstrictor, for allergies, and for
bronchial asthma; it has been on the market for several decades.

On the other hand, acetylcholine is a parasympathomimetic drug and has been
used for years for certain cardiac disorders (i.e. auricular paroxismal
tachycardia), inhibition of some GI  systems, pupil dilation...

Keep well, and don't believe everything you read...
