Adrenaline is used as a local vasoconstrictor, for allergies, and for bronchial asthma; it has been on the market for several decades. On the other hand, acetylcholine is a parasympathomimetic drug and has been used for years for certain cardiac disorders (i.e. auricular paroxismal tachycardia), inhibition of some GI systems, pupil dilation...
