Janet Are there any "guides" to any PD medications ? I've been on pramipexole for almost four years now, gone "cold turkey" off of it for two weeks for a sleep test, switched doses from 1.5 mg/3x daily to (1.25mg + 1/2 sinemet 25-100)/ 3x daily with no side effects other than drowsiness , which was relieved by the latter combination. Why these have "worked" for me and not for a few others I know seems to put Mirapex in the same general category as other PD meds. Hoping it helps you at some as-yet- to-determined dose level ---- Don H
