I'll make this brief as I think this issue takes time away from trying to pass the Udall Bill. As you recall I looked into this matter previously when you brought it up. If you listen to your version you were terribly wronged. If you listen to NPF's version of events it sounds like your trying to use the unfortunate situation of a doctor being late for an appointment to get NPF to underwrite a visit to Fla. which included other agendas than just seeing a doctor. I concluded that not having been present, I could not determine who was right or wrong. I don't think this list should be used for a one sided "trial by internet". Please accept the advice of a number of us and either let it lie or pursue a legal remedy. Enough is enough
