I am on 1.25 mg. per day (6th. week on mirapex). The only changes I have noticed is a decrease in off time. I am beginning to have nausea which I attribute to the mirapex. I am taking 10 tablets daily of 25/100 (56/19). So if mirapex reduces my off time,reduces my intake of sinemet--at this point I would have to say that I will keep taking it.
