Vince Snowbarger, while declining to cosponsor Udall, has OFFERED to send a "dear colleague" letter to the House members who will participate in the conference resolving differences between the House and Senate appropriations bills, urging them to retain the Senate's Udall language. A big THANKS to all who participated in the meeting with Rep. Snowbarger last June -- he remembered us, we made an impression, that really helped when I presented our case again on Saturday.
