Kathy - This is exactly what I am doing. I am increasing my mirapex, but not decreasing my sinemet yet. I am in my sixth week, and I feel wonderful. The first three to four weeks were bad, bad, bad. I almost quit but my personality is such that I couldn't do that and feel good about myself for quitting. And my neuro said I would feel worse before I felt better. So I am continuing on. Edie
