Dick and I have noticed that in *general*, in young onset PWP the disease tends to progress more slowly, while in PWP who are older when diagnosed, the disease appears to progress more rapidly. We wonder if old age itself takes a toll on the body's natural supply of dopamine. Could that make the symptoms progress more rapidly?
