To those of you who have reduced their Sinemet after going on Mirapex would you tell me how you did it. Did you cut the dosage in half and remain on the same schedule? Did you increase the time between Sinemet doses? I am currently taking 11/2 Sinemet 25/100 at 7 AM - then Sinemet 25/100 at 9,11,1,3,5. And 31/2 MIrepex .25 at 7:30, 12:30 and 5:30 I am finding that I have what I call all over dyskinesia starting at about 11 AM. It is not unbearable but it is very disconcerting and bothersome. I feel that I just need a slight adjustment but I'm not sure which to adjust the Sinemet or the Mirapex. Any suggestions? Over all I have to say the Mirapex has been an answer to prayer in that my terrible, sudden onset "off times" have virtually disappeared. Marty 57/10 [log in to unmask]
