My Dad's been having substantial problems with orthostatic hypotension. He was advised to drop Elderpryl because of the hypotension side affects. In your experience with Mirapex, does it cause or increase orthostatic hypotension? Is it as effective as the Elderpryl? Thanks for your help... Ruth
