Hello Betty, You appear to have made a fairly strong connection between your
husband's medication and his paranoid spells : I would like to see a complete
list of his daiy meds. You mention Carbidopa - I assume that is in the form
of Sinemet ? Does he take any other meds ? I have to say that a reaction of
this kind to Sinemet is unusual. (No doubt I will be besieged by people
telling me I'm wrong!!)
    I suffered from drug-induced paranoia some years ago: the guilty party
was a Dopamine agonist called Bromocriptine (or Parlodel) Fortunately I was
made to see that something was wrong , and stopped taking the tablets.
Within a week I was  back to normal, and horrified at what I had said and
done. Have you considered recording one of his outbursts, and playing it back
to him when he is feeling better? It worked for me. I'll keep my fingers
crossed for you.
