Dennis G.... The woman I know who stopped her dyskenisia by meditating and she did THAT for less than five minutes) was able to bring the uncontrolled movements to a stop. Then, when she was done meditating, there was some "flip-flopping" of one hand, but that was about it! This is the same person I know who uses liquid Sinemet, BTW.... and had a fetal transplant (not a very successful one from all appearances) about 3 years ago. Unfortunatly the effect lasts only while he meditates which makes it impractical for anything other than spending some time without the symptoms.
