Dear Nan, I had very simila inm. early problems, 10 years ago: cramped right elbow, wrist and sometimes, shoulder, small handwriting (finger and hand stiffness) and deep muscle pain I would URGE you to talk to your neurologist about SINEMET. If there's no reason to avoid using it, many of your husband's symptoms may be reduced significantly. I hope that you might discuss this with the neurologist--and who knows?---maybe your caregiving days will be further forestalled.] Good Luck!
