A friend asked me if I had ever heard of Madopar contributing to or worsening glaucoma? For this reason my friend was taken off Madopar and put on Sinemet. I can't imagine why this should be so. Also this same friend believes that Selegiline/Deprenyl was also responsible for raising the pressure in her eyes. She has come off Selegiline and the pressure is reduced. May be coincidental.. What do you think? Could someone please comment. Thanks Joy Graham
