TO be rid of tiredness.

Dear Listmembers,

I now discover that i had forgotten how one feels being not tired. Now after
a
whole week in which I slept every night without being awakened by muscle pains
i feel an energie that I now remember was normal before my PD. It is of great
importance because that makes I can enjoy physical excercise again. Before the
pallydotomy the pleaure of excercise was spoiled because when I got tired I'd
stay so for the rest of the day. Now We have enjoyed a beautifull day walking
on the beach. Even after nearly three hours walking, I was only a bit tired
and
now, a few hours later the tired feeling is gone. My muscles are more relaxed
and that makes every movement easier. The effect of the surgery is clearly
visible. only the left half of mybody is treated and there not any dykinesia
is
left. A little, only a "shadow" of what it was before dyskinesia is still in
the right half of my body.
