Stan "Off" could be interaction with Sinemet and surgical drugs still in your body..... Your body chemistry is disturbed by the surgery and will take a couple of weeks to get back to the "old routine".....hence, juggling meds will probably be a daily affair. I have always had to reduce Sinemet after surgery for a couple of weeks...offs are longer, lows are lower and highs are lower for a while. Rita
