Hi Delda White and Others: Even though my Parkie mail was at a constant level, I found that surfing was painfully slow. Checked with my service provider who, on Oct.7, advised: 'We would like to inform users that MCI has had a major router go down in West Orange in the U.S.A. The traffic cannot be routed around MCI, as Sprint had major routers down. Their answer to these problems is that over a million users have downloaded Netscape Explorer 4 in the last week or so. As far as we know, most of North America is having this problem right now. It should be resolved soon.' Maybe this is/was part of your problem?
