Hi there fellow Parkies, I just joined this list after a few tries. I = was diagnosed with Parkinson in December of 1995, spent a whole year in = denial, then went to my GP who gave me some Synemmet - 10/100. In May of = this year I started to see a Neurologist at the City of Hope in Duarte, = CA. I have been on Synemmet 25/100 and Eldepryl 5MG since. Recently I = started on Mirapex, and am currently at .50 MG 3 times a day. I feel = terrific, lots of energy, workout almost everyday, can't get much sleep, = though, maybe 1 to 2 hours a night, the rest is tossing and turning and = getting up to pee. The only time my PD acts up is when put in a = stressful position like having to speak to the Public Safety Commission = last Wednesday. I thought I was going to explode from all that shaking, = but other than that you could not even tell. Well folks, I look forward to hearing from some of you.
