Hi Win and Lionel: I was diagnosed in 1/60, put on eldepryl 2x p/d, then in 3 months on the same dosage of sinement as Win (i.e. 1 25/100 3 x p/d. My foot started dancing about and I found it hard to walk. I cut back until I was taking 1/4 th 25/100 sinemet 3 x p/d except on special occasions, such as a party, when I would take an extra 1/4th perhaps during a party. During this past year I upped it to 1/3 25/100 3 x p/d, occasionally adding either 1/3 extra or a part of an extra 1/3. Best - Liz
