Judy -- The method that has worked best for me has been to copy the material onto a floppy, go to my word processing program (in my case, Word Perfect), bring up the "list" and ask it then to look at what's on the floppy. It will then format the stuff (takes a minute at most) so it's readable. Hope this helps. Delda White ([log in to unmask])
