Hi Chuck: You are right that the long footer is a problem: What I have doing is highlight the area except the footer,right click to copy the high lighted area. Then I paste in the writing program where I can print without the undesired area. It takes less than a minute to accomplish once you learn how. or copy the hole letter to you writing program and edit there before you print it. Good luck Dale Severance [log in to unmask]
